Essays themed My Vision of Visegrad Cooperation are to be submitted by April 30, 2014.
A new subprogram of the Strategic Grants titled the Strategic Conferences was launched earlier today. The program aims at (co-)funding leading international conferences with strategic character and exceptional regional relevance. Prospective applicants must prove their excellent track record in their field.
Application forms for the Visegrad–Taiwan Scholarships can still be sent with Monday’s postmark (i.e., Febr. 17, 2014); the deadline for on-line submissions remains unchanged, i.e., 11.59:59 a.m. CET on February 15, 2014.
With the new year, several changes occur within most grant programs. In general, we raised the limits in cash transactions, overheads, and increased the fund’s maximum contribution to each project budget. Please note that these changes come into effect as of 2014. Projects submitted in 2013 or earlier must comply with the rules effective at the time of their submission. You can see the new limits here.
Due to the fact Dec. 1 falls on Sunday, electronically submitted applications forms for Small Grants can be sent by post on Dec. 2, 2013, or delivered personally by 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 2.
Due to the fact the deadline for VUSG falls on Sunday, we will be accepting the paper versions of the application forms with Monday’s (Nov. 11) postmark, or their personal deliveries to the secretariat by 4:30 pm on Monday. Please note that the deadline for electronic submission remains the same, i.e., Sunday’s noon (Nov. 10). Thank you for understanding.

The Prime Ministers of the Visegrad Group countries emphasized the importance of the activities supported by the International Visegrad Fund and agreed to increase the fund’s annual budget to €8 million as of 2014.
